GENERAL TERMS

  1. Booking Process
    • Artists globally can book their virtual booths through the Organizer’s designated platform.
    • Booth options, features, and pricing will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
  2. Booth Features
    • Virtual booths will allow Artists to display artworks, profiles, and other creative content.
    • Each booth includes interactive options such as visitor engagement tools, analytics dashboards, and promotional exposure during the event.
  3. Content Submission
    • Artists are responsible for uploading their content (artworks, descriptions, etc.) by the specified deadlines.
    • All submitted content must comply with copyright laws and event guidelines.
  4. Payment Terms
    • All booth bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
    • Fees are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by the Organizer.
  5. Event Promotion
    • The Organizer will actively promote the event across social media, digital platforms, and other channels to ensure global visibility for Artists.
  6. Artist Responsibilities
    • Artists must ensure their content is original and free from any rights infringement.
    • Artists are responsible for managing their booth content, including updates and interactions during the event.
  7. Organizer Responsibilities
    • The Organizer will provide the technical framework for the virtual booths, ensuring functionality and accessibility.
    • Support will be available to assist Artists with setup and troubleshooting as needed.
  8. Cancellation Policy
    • Booth bookings are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or postponed by the Organizer.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the event under unforeseen circumstances.
  9. Force Majeure
    • The Organizer is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or other extraordinary circumstances.
  10. Liability Disclaimer
  • The Organizer is not responsible for disputes or claims arising from the Artist’s content.
  • Artists agree to indemnify the Organizer against any legal claims related to their submitted works.
  1. Communication
  • Artists must ensure the accuracy of their contact details and actively monitor updates and instructions from the Organizer.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By booking a virtual booth, the Artist agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Organizer reserves the right to update the terms as necessary and will notify all Artists of any changes.
